Quality Driven Relationships

Explore a metric-driven methodology to systematically improve professional relationships and interactions in project-driven environments. Client feedback reveals success criteria from other's perspectives, giving a more complete picture of mutual success. The tools and techniques in this month’s Lunch & Learn presentation come from 9 years of research with project-delivery organizations. Understand how feedback is about the person giving it, and how to design a feedback process specifically for the benefit of the person providing the feedback. Attendees will walk away understanding the value of measuring performance in their professional relationships. Case studies presented will highlight how A/E organizations effectively employing continuous feedback loops have increased proposal win rates by 50%, turned around a failing $45 million contract in four months, and established higher fees based on demonstrated service successes.

Trained as an architect, in 2004 Ryan Suydam co-founded the Client Feedback Tool (www.clientfeedbacktool.com), a cloud-based feedback management program designed specifically for project-driven professional services firms.  He helps A/E/C firms worldwide develop effective client experience management strategies and feedback programs that drive real, actionable results.
