Hear firsthand from long-time SMPS Hawaii member, Kim Castillo, about her experiences and why she continues to be an advocate for SMPS Hawaii.

Matthew McFadden, Coordinator, Member Engagement with SMPS HQ, has been overseeing all things membership and providing support to SMPS chapters for over four years. Matthew focuses on sharing the resources and benefits available to SMPS members and encouraging members to get involved with SMPS wherever they can.

Kim Castillo is an Associate at Bowers + Kubota Consulting (B+K) and manages their Marketing/Business Development Department. With more than 20 years of experience in the AEC industry, her experience ranges from developing strategic business development and marketing goals, leading marketing pursuits, to strengthening the firm’s external message and brand across various market sectors and disciplines. Kim is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), having held various positions at the national, regional, and local level and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM).
