Join us for an exclusive hard hat tour of the new Target @ Windward Mall! 

Working in the shell space of the former Sears, the two-story, 126,000-square-foot building is undergoing a structural retrofit and interior renovation for Target. The existing loading dock, elevators, and escalators are being demolished and built anew. The interior is also receiving new partitions; ceilings; lighting; flooring; finishes; paint; and restroom plumbing fixtures.

Structural work includes:

• Loading dock:  includes leveler pits; concrete walls, slabs, and foundations; and steel support
• Elevators: includes concrete demising and interior walls; concrete foundations; second-floor concrete topping; CMU elevator shafts; steel hoist beams; and second-floor metal deck
• Escalators: includes concrete foundations; demising walls; and structural steel header.

Where: Target @ Windward Mall
Tour Time: 3:00pm - 4:30pm

Meet promptly at 3:00pm outside of Straub Clinic, we will be walking to Swinerton's jobsite office for a brief overview of Target.

Tour Space is limited to 20 guests. No walk-ins.

PPE Required: Attendees must provide their own hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and closed toe shoes. All participants must be wearing full PPE upon arrival on-site. *Attendees without all required PPE will not be allowed on-site.
