Buckle up – 2025 is less than 10 weeks away and several factors are set to reshape Hawaii’s construction landscape. Will easing monetary policy and record construction employment pave the way for a boom? How will historic federal investments and the critical rebuilding of Lahaina impact the market? And with an election on the horizon, will the industry stay steady, or should we prepare for a detour?

Offering an in-depth analysis of Rider Levett Bucknall’s historic and real-time cost data, SMPS members will gain exclusive insights into Hawaii's moving market, and practical advice to confidently navigate the planning, execution, and delivery of projects as we accelerate into the new year.
