Please join us in this month's Lunch Program:

Annual Agency Qualification Submittals Roundtable

SMPS Hawaii's popular "roundtable discussion" format is back for our first Lunch Program of 2014!  Each year, professional service firms spend considerable time and effort submitting for multiple State and City agencies in the manner that they require, with just the electronic notice to guide them.  Many firms, especially small businesses, do not have the capacity to individually contact each agency but many have questions about the process.  This month SMPS Hawaii will feature six City & County and State agencies who will answer your questions about their Annual Qualification Submittals.

SMPS members and guests will have the unique opportunity to actively engage and ask questions; your table will drive the discussion.  Each agency will 'host' a roundtable with a small group of attendees, switching tables every 10 minutes until each agency has 'hosted' every table.  Our guest representatives will join you at your table and focus on how Annual Qualification Submittals are reviewed and evaluated within their agency.

**SMPS Hawaii would like to provide the opportunity to attend this exciting event to as many members and guests as possible, so we kindly ask to limit attendance to two guests per company.  Registration for SMPS members is currently open; non-member registration will open on February 11th.  Seating is very limited for this exclusive event, so register soon!  Please contact us to get on the waiting list after registration has closed.**
