This interactive, blindfolded experience is designed to heighten your awareness of taste, smell, and texture by taking sight out of the equation. This evening begins with a playful mystery aroma challenge before guests are guided through a series of curated drink and food parings. Blended humor, education, and audience participation, the experience encourages everyone to explore flavor, texture, balance, and finish without visual bias. When sight is removed, expectations fade and even the most unexpected combinations can feel refined and memorable.

Expect plenty of laughs, surprising discoveries, and a whole new appreciation for how your senses work together. After the tasting, stick around for dinner, drinks, and a relaxed evening of connecting with friends and colleagues from across the AEC industry.
