Secrets of the Selection Process

Despite the amount of time and effort you put into proposals and presentations, at the end of the day it’s the Selection Committee who determines the outcome.

Gary Coover will reveal what goes on behind closed doors and explain the many factors that influence the final outcome. He will also offer valuable insights, tips and recommendations for improving writing and presentation skills using lessons learned from real proposals and presentations.  Learn to better sell your qualifications to the Selection Committee.

SPEAKER: Gary Coover, P.E. Gary, a former City engineer, is a project manager with Group 70 International.  He has worked for large state and county special governmental districts, and as VP of several private engineering consulting companies. In his career he has served on numerous private and governmental selection committees and that experience completely changed how he views proposals and presentations
