Creating Effective Capture Plans: To Pursue or Not Pursue
Pacific Building Trade Expo 2016
In place of our Lunch Program this month, please attend the SMPS Hawaii seminar as part of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Continuing Education System (CES) Seminars that will be held at the 2016 Pacific Building Trade Expo on October 25, 2016. One of SMPS Hawaii members and her colleague will discuss the Go/No-Go process for pursuits and touch upon creating effective capture plans.
With seemingly limitless opportunities and constantly shrinking bid and proposal budgets, picking the "right" opportunity to pursue can be challenging in today's market. This SMPS Hawaii seminar will help you build your own capture plan by answering questions regarding the competition, customer, risk, and pricing, as well as provide some tools to help you confidently provide a pursuit recommendation to your business line leaders.
